Cannabis Patient Protection (CPP) is an advocate for protecting the
rights of cannabis patients, designated providers, health care
professionals and the Washington State Medical Cannabis Law (RCW
69.51A) that was approved by voters November 3, 1998.
In this state authorizations are given for the "medical use of
cannabis", this constitutes medicine just like other things that people
take for what ails them and is protected under HIPAA. With the approval of social cannabis for the recreational user on November 6, 2012, some
people continue to think that they can combine the two. This is not
possible. There are 2 distinct and separate cannabis markets:
(1) Medical Cannabis for qualifying patients, and (2) the Social Cannabis
for the recreational use. This organization will fight to keep
these 2 separate, as well as work towards educating the public, and preserving
Medical Cannabis in the state of Washington.

telling lies. Honesty is about being sincere and direct in a way that
produces a positive result."
